Annual Christmas Dinner

St. Francis will hold its annual Christmas Dinner and Fundraiser on Sunday, December 8th at 3 p.m.

Celebrate Christmas with delicious traditional holiday dishes! Great food and tons of fun! Lots of Raffles, prizes & carolling too… St. Nicholas will be there for the kids!

Tickets are $15 for adults and $6 for children. Seating is limited to 80. Call for reservations and please leave your name, phone number and the number of adults and/or children in your party (ages & sex so St. Nick can bring an appropriate gift). R.S.V.P to Carol Thomas at (516) 546-2535.

The Table – Life is on the Menu

MCAP presents “The Table – Life is on the Menu,” an original comedy by John Blenn, with additional material by Rich Corapi and directed by John Blenn, Rich Corapi & Torri DeStefano back by popular demand, as a fund-raiser for our Parish. Friday and Saturday, November 22nd and 23rd at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 24th at 2 p.m.

Zumbini at St. Francis

Come experience Zumbini at St. Francis. Zumbini is a 45 minute music and movement experience designed as a developmentally appropriate program for 0-3 year olds along with a caregiver. Join us with your baby for a fun, bonding experience! Our Team are licensed Zumbini instructors.

Fall sessions start September 28th, 2013 at 9:15am and continue every Saturday through December 7th. There will be no class on November 30th due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Blessed are you, Lord God, Maker of all living creatures, On the fifth and sixth days of creation you called forth fish in the sea, birds in the air and animals on the land. You inspired St. Francis to call all animals his brothers and sisters. We ask you to bless this animal. By the power of your love enable it to live according to your plan. May we always praise you for all your beauty in creation. Blessed are you, Lord our God, in all your creatures! Amen.

The Table, Life is on the Menu – Premier and Benefit Show

Middle Class American Productions is presenting “The Table, Life is on the Menu” from Friday, April 12th through Sunday, April 14th, held at St. Francis Hall 1752 Harton Avenue (just off East Meadow Avenue, turn after Pietro’s Pizza), East Meadow, NY.
